Highpoint Weather is a weather forecasting and software company based in Golden, Colorado.

Our website provides high resolution weather forecasts for rugged terrain, and features a diverse set of unique features such as elevation selection, uncertainty visualization, snow-liquid ratio calculation, and more. This website works on desktop computers or is available as a mobile application, either via the browser or through the Google Play store.

We also develop custom weather data visualizations using a variety of code libraries and GIS tools, which we often use in our articles and on social media.

Our goal is to provide in-depth weather forecasting services to recreationalists seeking powder or trying to avoid lightning in Colorado's high country, with perspectives, tools, and insights that you can't find anywhere else.

We do all of this for free, but it costs us money to run our servers and data processing pipelines. If you'd like to help support us, consider becoming a Patron.
