Consistent thunderstorm chances in Colorado's high country into next week, with a possible pattern change coming. Over the next seven days, Thursday and Friday feature another moisture pulse, while Saturday looks to be the driest day.

Southern Colorado and New Mexico remain favored for heavy precipitation into next weekend, which features a strong cold front (highs in the 70s for the Front Range) and another shot of deep moisture. Before then, best thunderstorm chances are on Thursday.

Widespread thunderstorms from Friday to Monday, especially in southwestern Colorado. This will also draw smoke into Colorado. A weak system Tuesday, then another possible moisture surge the following weekend.
